The ISEE (Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator) is the assessment tool, through unified criteria, the economic situation of those requesting facilitated social services or access on favorable terms to public utilities.

The ISEE is the relationship between the economic situation indicator (ISE) and the parameter derived from the scale of Equivalence. The latter takes into account the number of household members and provides for the application of any increases linked to particular situations present within the nucleus itself.
